We distribute natural gas liquids or “NGLs”. NGLs are primarily purchased from refineries and natural gas processors and stored in our supply and storage facilities for wholesale deliveries to propane retailers, refineries and industrial NGL users in Texas and the Southeastern United States.
During the summer months we purchase and store Butane and Propane utilizing 2.1 million barrels of owned underground storage located in northern Louisiana where we have both rail and truck transloading capabilities. In the winter months butane is sold to Gulf Coast refiners for gasoline blending and propane to wholesale distributors throughout the Southeastern United States. In addition, through our Spindletop terminal we supply natural gasoline from Mt. Belvieu, TX to service petrochemical demand along the Gulf Coast.
